Great service, especially from Mr. Dedi, the bellboy who provided helpful tips for buying souvenirs. Warm and polite reception from Ibu Chandra, who even remembered my name. Special LeClub envelope and chocolates in the room, a nice touch. Clean and well-stocked room, recommended to book odd-numbered rooms for better views. Good location near Malioboro Mall. Breakfast had a good range of options, although it could be improved. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and value for money.

This hotel offers great value for money with its central location within a shopping mall. It's right in the center of Malioboro street, where you can find a vibrant atmosphere filled with street food and live music just steps away from the hotel's lobby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms, like plenty of power points, added convenience to my stay.

I still find a hint of smoke at the corridor , although I reserved a non smoking room in a non smoking environtment . That's annoying !

Hotel's location just in the center of tourist area (Malioboro,Istana Sultan, shopping center)

We loved the central location of the hotel in the heart of Malioboro. It was easy to find a variety of transport options and explore the bustling street with many shops and food options. the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided good service. the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and some dishes like the stir fry beef were delicious.

The hotel needs to work on noise disturbance at night due to maintenance work at the connected mall, like the hammering and drillings that kept us up at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a central location, right on Malioboro street. It was within a shopping mall, which was so convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the coffee house in the lobby.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The rooms were pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful.

The spa. My masseuse was 20 minutes late and tried to charge me full price for a 1 hour massage. They're hygiene rules are terrible. My masseuse tried to massage my head after massaging my feet without even making sure they were clean. After a day of walking in sandals, they should've let me wash my feet first.

i like the location,and the staff are very friendly,the connecting door to the plaza is a smart idea to spoil the guests from the hotel.

the aircon at 815 is too noisy and it doesnt work properly to cool the room.
